Schedule Your Move Out

We are sorry to see you go. Here are a few things you should be aware of when vacating your storage unit.

• Please note that you are required to provide 14 days notice before month end, failing which and according to your lease agreement your deposit may be retained.
• Your deposit will be returned within 30 days from the date of your move out. If you would like to update your banking details please contact the store directly.
• Your unit must be vacated on or before the last day of the month. Please confirm access times at your specific store.
• Please remember to remove your lock and keep the unit door open to avoid further charges.
• Please leave the unit in a clean condition and remove all your goods, failing which and according to your lease agreement your deposit may be retained.
• You will receive an invoice for next month, please ignore this if you intend to vacate.
• If you choose to stay please advise us in writing to cancel your intent to vacate.
• Your entry tag can be retained, we will deactivate the tag from our security system.
